General Terms and Conditions of the Instagram Contest "Annecy guide"

1. Organizer

The competition is organised by Savoie Evasion, whose registered office is located at 2 rue du Poirier, 74600 Annecy, hereinafter referred to as "the Organiser".

2. Duration of the competition

The competition runs from February 12, 2026 to February 26, 2026 inclusive. Any participation outside this period will not be considered.

3. Conditions of participation

Participation is open to everyone:

aged 18 or over;
residing in metropolitan France and abroad
having a public Instagram account.

Excluded are:

any incomplete or fraudulent participation.

4. Participation Procedures

To participate, participants must:

Follow the Instagram account: @savoie_evasion;
Like the contest post;
Comment on the post by tagging 2 friends;
Optional: Share the post in your story for an extra chance.

Each participant can participate multiple times.

5. Winner selection

The winner will be drawn at random from among the participants who meet all the conditions.
The draw will take place on February 27th and the winner will be contacted via Instagram DM within 2 days of the end of the competition.

If the winner does not respond within the given timeframe, a new draw will be held.

6. Lot(s)

The winner will receive: a special digital guide to Annecy, worth €49.90
The prize is neither exchangeable, nor refundable, nor transferable.

7. Data Protection

The information collected (name, Instagram account) is used solely for the management of the competition and will not be shared with third parties.
In accordance with the GDPR law, participants have the right to access, rectify and delete their data upon simple request to [contact email].

8. Responsibility

The Organizer cannot be held responsible in case of loss, theft, damage or misuse of the prize.

9. Instagram Mention

This contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. Participants waive all claims against Instagram.

10. Acceptance of the regulations

Participation in the competition implies full and complete acceptance of these rules.
